     The Rolling Stones completely rocked southern California with their “A Bigger Bang” tour last night at the Forum in Inglewood. These music legends totally exceeded my expectations. I don’t care how old the Stones are; they have infinitely more energy and better music than any new dime-a-dozen MTV wannabe band. Mick, Keith, Ron and Charlie played a wide array of classics, rarities and new album tunes with the same crisp, raw power enjoyed by fans for the past five decades. Mick’s dance moves are indescribable, accentuated by his ever-present badass hand motions and unmistakable posturing. Audience dancing was surprisingly sporadic and served in the minority against those sitting down, at least around my section. I mean, how can you sit during “Miss You”? The crowd intensity came to a peak when the stage migrated to the center of the arena, with the whole band onboard a mobile platform. Thankfully I was able to witness the Rolling Stones in person before they end their rock journey, whenever that may be.
